Before Your Visit

We want your time at Sirena to feel relaxed and easy from the moment you arrive. Here are a few things to know before your appointment.

ARRIVING AT SIRENA

Appointments are thoughtfully spaced so every guest can enjoy a private, uninterrupted experience and we have time to prepare the space between visits.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time rather than early. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be adjusted or shortened so the following appointment can begin on time. The full service price will still apply.

APPOINTMENT ONLY

Sirena is a private, one-on-one studio and does not accept walk-ins. The door may be closed or locked while we're with another guest, so please plan to arrive at your scheduled time. If you arrive a few minutes early and we're still with another guest, make yourself comfortable on the couch and we'll be with you shortly.

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are subject to a 70% fee based on the scheduled service.

NATURAL NAILS

Sirena specializes in natural nail care. We do not offer gel, dip, acrylic, or enhancement removal. Please have these products completely removed before arriving for your pedicure.

DAZZLE DRY

Dazzle Dry is the only polish system offered at Sirena. If polish is not included in your selected service, please choose the appropriate polish option when booking so enough time can be reserved. Polish may not be able to be added at your appointment.

GRATUITY-FREE

Sirena is proudly gratuity-free. Our pricing is all-inclusive, and there is never an expectation to leave a tip.
